The Body, Mind, Spirit Approach

At the center of this practice is the belief that the body, mind and spirit all work together to create our individual selves, and that when one of these areas is out of balance, it affects other areas. The reduction of stress and pain, both physical and mental, can help allow the body to return to its natural balance and perform at its optimum capacity. When one is in pain there should be a collaborative approach to understanding why and what can be done to alleviate it. A combination of techniques and modalities will be utilized for individuals’ specific needs.
